Brian Tsui

Brian Tsui graduated from the University of Waterloo in the Global Business and Digital Arts program in 2011. Following a brief career in corporate project management, he earned his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University in 2023 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2025. While in law school, Brian was involved with the Conflict Analytics Lab, a consortium focused on AI research in law, compliance, and dispute resolution, where he explored the use of data science and machine learning in conflict resolution.

Following his call to the Bar, Brian practised at a personal injury litigation firm in Richmond Hill, Ontario, representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle accident and occupiers’ liability claims, and has appeared on behalf of clients in the Superior Court of Justice. He joined Malach Fidler Sugar + Luxenberg LLP in 2026.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his family. A former member of the Queen’s golf team, he remains an active supporter and continues to cheer on his former teammates.
