Malach Fidler Sugar + Luxenberg LLP was established in 1982 by Stephen Malach and Jon Fidler as a boutique insurance law firm to provide legal services to both plaintiffs and insurers. Despite flourishing growth over the years, Malach Fidler Sugar + Luxenberg LLP continues to provide each and every client with the highest level of personalized and specialized service, maintaining an exemplary standard that has become widely known as one of our trademarks.

Malach Fidler Sugar + Luxenberg LLP lawyers have also been actively involved in the mediation of personal injury and insurance disputes since the late 1980s when this process was first introduced in Ontario.
