
Christopher Naimi
Chris completed his Honours B.A. at York University in 2013 and received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019. He was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2021 and completed his articles at a civil litigation firm in North York, specializing in the areas of plaintiff personal injury litigation. While in law school, he volunteered at Pro Bono Students Canada, where he assisted self-represented litigants in the Newmarket area.
Chris joined Malach Fidler Sugar + Luxenberg LLP in 2023, with his civil litigation practice focusing primarily on tort claims including motor vehicle accident claims, property loss, prosecution of subrogation claims and in the defence of negligence claims. He is a passionate litigator who is committed to always providing the highest level of client service, which includes providing timely advice and resolving matters on a cost-effective and efficient basis. He has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and multiple tribunals.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a staff lawyer as part of a litigation team that specialized in the areas of human rights and constitutional law, where he honed his skills as a litigator and gained a unique outlook on the issues and strategies involved in a litigation file.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys weightlifting, discovering new food, watching European football, and spending time with his friends and loved ones.
