In 1987, Mary graduated from Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology with an Honours Diploma in Legal Administration. That same year, after working briefly with the former City of North York, she joined Malach + Fidler. She has been with the firm ever since.
Mary is a senior litigation clerk with extensive experience in all types of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, occupier's liability, medical and dental malpractice, sexual abuse and disability claims. She also helps clients who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents obtain fair accident benefits from their insurers.
A valued member of the firm, Mary assists senior counsel in trials, in appeal hearings and in private mediations, as well as in mediations and arbitrations before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. In addition, she has attended numerous continuing legal education programmes offered by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
